DPS, Bokaro achieves yet another milestone by receiving the prestigious “Future 50 – Schools Shaping Success” Certification in recognition to prepare students for the 21st century and for a vision to craft ‘Student Success’. Dr. Hemlata S. Mohan the Director and Principal of the school received a memento in a felicitation ceremony held at New Delhi recently, school authority informed.
“The award was conferred by Fortune India, a multinational publication that is owned by Time Inc. and headquartered in New York”, he added.
Expressing her happiness on this achievement Dr Mohan said, it’s one of a kind school recognition and a first that schools are being honoured for preparing students for the 21st century.
“Our school achieved this extraordinary feat as a result of the persistence effort of dedicated teachers, students, parents and the administrative staffs as a whole. The entire team has contributed to making DPS, the best school of the country from imparting knowledge to inspiring careers”, she added.
The school received this recognition on the basis of scientific evaluation based on collected data, student inputs and a Jury. This has also enabled us to get associated with brands like “Fortune India” and ‘Univariety’. The participating schools will get to learn best practices and receive support from industry leaders as well for future, informed the school authority.
