Bokaro: Delhi Public school Bokaro Steel City made its mark in National Quiz Competition, ‘Quizzinius 2.0’ by securing the First Runners’-Up trophy. The competition was organized on a virtual platform by DPS Ruby Park, Kolkata.
Around 32 teams across the country participated in the competition which was held in the month of January while the results were declared today.
The quiz competition was conducted by the renowned quiz masters Abhishek Tiwary and Aryman Bannerjee while all the quiz questions were based on Indian culture and heritage besides environment and sports.
The quiz competition had four rounds and was conducted in three groups, Junior, Middle and Senior. The students who represented DPS Bokaro ( Middle Group) are Aditya Mishra (Class-8 D), Shipra Hembram (Class-7 E) and Arnav Singh (Class 6 C). The winners were awarded with a trophy and certificates.
Congratulating the team, Principal DPS Bokaro A.S. Gangwar said that it is indeed a happy moment for the school to excel at the national platform. “It is the result of the hard- work and dedication of the students. I look forward to better results in future.”
