JNS I Bokaro: Acknowledging the significant contribution in the field of education, leadership acumen and winner’s spirit, Delhi based organization AKS India, conferred the prestigious Global Principals’ Award-2020 to A.S. Gangwar, Principal, DPS Bokaro.
The Global Principal’s Awards are given to honour the unique contribution of those principals across the world who has improved the level of school education in their countries. This year the ceremony of Global Principal Award for principals was conducted virtually due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
Gangwar received this global recognition for being a successful leader with determination and perseverance to bring about a positive change in DPS Bokaro.
Out of thousands of nominations from 110 countries across the world, the jury selected 100 principals working in both private and government educational institutions. The award was given based on the skills of principals shown in educational standards, commitment towards the profession, development of the school, social service, providing of basic facilities, implementation of creative skills, etc.
It’s worth mentioning that Gangwar had won several awards like the Best International Principal Award, Progressive Principals’ Award, Sandipani Vishishth Gurujan Samman, Vidyapati Shikshak Samman etc. for his dedication and commitment towards his profession and for the services in field of education.
Expressing his elation on receiving this award, Gangwar said, “I am really humbled to be chosen as a stalwart to keep the flagship of knowledge high and march ahead with glory. My endeavour will always be to serve the society and implement creative ideas to bring out the best in our promising youth.”
