Trinity College of Dublin invites applications for MSc Energy Science through Fateh Education

JNS: Trinity College Dublin is inviting applications for the MSc Energy Science. Determining how energy is utilised and the environmental consequences of its use can drive many government policies across the globe. Therefore, those interested in pursuing a career in the energy sector require a deep understanding of the fundamental scientific and engineering background as well as the main challenges in the field. This knowledge is particularly important for those interested in communicating or managing the environment’s impact of the world’s energy use e.g. climate change.

This multidisciplinary programme will provide the students with an awareness of the breadth of key global energy challenges and energy technologies. In particular, this course will provide students with a broad knowledge and experience of both the science and application of conventional and sustainable energy technologies. The course curriculum consists of a total of 6 independent modules carefully designed to introduce the main fundamentals required to become an Energy Scientist. Students will also have the opportunity to conduct their final research project either in academia or in a company in the energy sector.

Upon completion of this course, graduates will be in a privileged position to apply their knowledge to address some of the main energy challenges that our society is currently facing, contributing to improving the quality of life for millions of people across the globe. With the increase in global population and the projected demand for energy, it is evident that this MSc in Energy Science is a very promising career choice.
