New Delhi: State-owned steel major Steel Authority of India Limited (SAIL) has once again earned the prestigious ‘Great Place to Work’ certification, marking the third consecutive year the PSU has achieved this honour and reinforcing its reputation as one of India’s most employee-friendly organisations.

SAIL has been certified for the period February 2026 to February 2027 following a comprehensive, company-wide assessment conducted by the Great Place to Work Institute, India. The certification is based on direct and confidential feedback from employees, evaluating trust, workplace culture, leadership, inclusivity and growth opportunities.

This recognition reflects SAIL’s continued commitment to creating a modern, flexible and supportive work environment that encourages both professional excellence and personal well-being. The company had earlier received the certification for December 2023–December 2024, followed by a second term for January 2025–January 2026, making the latest award its third in a row.
