Ranchi: The Department of Electrical & Electronics Engineering at BIT Mesra, in collaboration with SERB (now ANRF), will organize a two-day workshop on leveraging Blockchain technology for secure energy management in microgrids. The event, scheduled for December 14-15, 2024, will be held at the BIT Mesra campus in Ranchi, Jharkhand.
The workshop is designed for faculty members and will cover topics like Secured Energy Management Systems, Blockchain deployment, and Cyber-Physical Systems. It will also feature hands-on laboratory sessions to enhance practical knowledge.
The workshop is supported by Professor Indranil Manna (Vice Chancellor, BIT Mesra), Professor R.C. Jha (Chairman, EEE Department), and coordinators Dr. Deepak Kumar and Professor Tirthadip Ghose.
