Bokaro: Marking the beginning of the New Year, Bokaro Steel Plant (BSL) Director-in-Charge (DI) Priya Ranjan extended warm New Year greetings to steelworkers and urged them to aim higher and set fresh standards of excellence in the year ahead.
In his message, the Director-in-Charge called upon employees to resolve to scale new heights and contribute towards achieving greater operational and performance milestones across the plant.
As part of the New Year outreach, Priya Ranjan, along with Executive Directors and senior officials, visited various departments and interacted directly with employees. The senior management team first met staff at the Steel Building complex and Bokaro General Hospital, conveying New Year wishes and acknowledging their dedication.
The officials later toured different shops and units of the plant, exchanging greetings with shop-floor employees. The visits were marked by a warm and cordial atmosphere, with workers welcoming the senior leadership and reciprocating the New Year wishes.
Senior officers of the plant accompanied the Director-in-Charge during the visits, making the occasion a morale-boosting start to the New Year for the Bokaro steel fraternity.
