Chirag Vows to Make Bihar ‘Best in the World’, Slams RJD-Congress at Munger Rally

Patna/Munger: Union Minister and LJP (Ram Vilas) national president Chirag Paswan on Saturday pledged to transform Bihar into the best state not only in India, but in the world, under his vision of “Bihar First, Bihari First.”

Addressing a massive crowd at Munger’s Polo Ground during the ‘Nav Sankalp Mahasabha’, Chirag promised a Bihar where students would no longer need to migrate for education, and the youth would find ample employment within the state. “Migration must stop. Education and employment must be accessible right here. But for this, a change in mindset is essential,” he said.

Taking sharp jabs at RJD and Congress, Chirag accused them of squandering decades of power without real progress. “Who is responsible for Bihar’s backwardness and mass migration? These parties had their chance. Now it’s time for a new vision,” he asserted.

Highlighting his priorities, Chirag emphasized the need for fear-free governance, women’s safety, quality education, and jobs for the youth. “This election is about every family in Bihar. We must choose a future where Bihar sheds the ‘backward’ tag and emerges as a global example of growth,” he said.

He also called for direct support for women, demanding a ‘Nari Samman Nidhi’ similar to other states, to ensure dignity and economic inclusion for women.

Chirag urged people to unite behind the Bihar First, Bihari First mission and declared his party’s singular goal: making Bihar a global benchmark for development.
