Bokaro: Vedanta ESL Steel Limited, under its CSR initiative Skill School Project, marked a major achievement in Bokaro by hosting its first-ever Offer Letter Ceremony. A total of 25 students trained in Field Technicians & Home Appliances Repair trade (MST) secured placements with Aamdhanae Pvt. Ltd., Noida, highlighting the company’s commitment to skill development and rural youth empowerment.
The event, held at the Skill School in 16 Khata, celebrated the successful completion of training and assessments, with all 25 students securing placements at Aamdhanae Pvt. Ltd., Noida.
Gracing the occasion, ESL Steel CFO Anand Dubey urged students to begin their careers with “confidence, commitment, and excellence.” CSR Head Kunal Daripa also encouraged the trainees, applauding their determination.
The highlight of the ceremony came when the students, many from rural backgrounds, received their first offer letters—an emotional moment that reflected their hard work and transformation. The programme concluded with a symbolic flag wave-off as the batch prepared to join their new roles in Noida.
This success underscores Vedanta ESL’s vision of empowering rural youth through skill-building and livelihood opportunities.
Notably, Vedanta ESL Skill School is a residential training centre offering industry-linked courses in manufacturing and hospitality. Trades include Solar PV Installation, Field Technicians & Home Appliances Repair, and Food & Beverage Service. Since inception, it has trained 673 students, with 500 already placed across diverse industries.
