MoU Signing Ceremony at SAIL Headquarters
New Delhi: Steel Authority of India Limited (SAIL) has joined hands with the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Jammu to groom future leaders through specialized executive education programmes.
The Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed at SAIL’s corporate office, Ispat Bhawan, New Delhi, marking a major push towards leadership development in India’s evolving business landscape.
The agreement underscores SAIL’s focus on enhancing organizational capabilities, adopting global best practices, and contributing to nation-building through leadership excellence.
The MoU was inked by Sanjay Dhar, Acting Executive Director (HR-L&D), MTI-SAIL, and Commander Keshavan Bhaskaran (Retd.), Chief Administrative Officer of IIM Jammu. The signing ceremony was attended by SAIL Director (Personnel) K.K. Singh, Executive Director (HR) B.S. Popli, and Dr. Rajesh Sikka from IIM Jammu.
With this partnership, SAIL and IIM Jammu aim to foster a pool of dynamic leaders equipped to steer organizations into the future.
