New Delhi: In a major digital transition, the Ministry of Railways has announced that the Unreserved Ticketing System (UTS) Mobile App will be discontinued from tomorrow.
Railway authorities clarified that ticketing services will continue seamlessly on the newly launched Rail One App. Passengers’ existing R-Wallet balances will be automatically transferred to the new platform, ensuring a smooth migration without financial loss.
The Ministry has advised commuters to register on the Rail One App using the same mobile number previously linked to the UTS Mobile App to access their wallet balance and ticketing services without disruption.
The move is aimed at streamlining railway digital services under a unified platform for enhanced user convenience.
