Ranchi: A two-day technical workshop on ‘High Level MS Office and Artificial Intelligence’ commenced on August 12, 2024, at Prakash Hall, CCL Headquarters. The workshop was inaugurated by CCL Director (Personnel) Harsh Nath Mishra.
Keynote speaker Om Prakash Agarwal, former Chief Manager at the Reserve Bank of India and an advanced Microsoft expert, led the session. In his opening address, Mishra emphasized the importance of integrating official language with technology and encouraged participants to fully engage and share their knowledge.
General Manager (Assistant/Official Language) Sanjay Thakur highlighted the workshop’s potential to address common issues with MS Word and Excel.
Agarwal provided insights into the latest computer technologies and MS Word tools.
The event saw participation from employees across the headquarters and various departments, organized with support from Thakur, Divik Divesh, Baliram Singh, and others.
