ICC Women’s Rankings: India stay 2nd, Australia remains on top in ODIs and T20s

Dubai: The Indian team maintains the second position in the women’s ODI rankings released by ICC. With this, the Indian women’s cricket team has also strengthened its lead over England. The Mithali Raj-led Indian women’s team has 125 points and is now three points ahead of number three England (122). Apart from ODIs, the Indian women’s cricket team is ranked fifth in the T20 rankings. The Australian women’s cricket team continued their good run and retained their first place in both ODIs and T20s.
In the ODI rankings, the West Indies lost five points and are now only two points above seventh-placed Pakistan. New Zealand is ranked fourth with 110 points while South Africa women’s cricket team has 98 points and is in fifth place. Apart from this, West Indies have 79 points and are present at the sixth position. At the same time, Pakistan’s team occupies seventh place in the One-Ranking, Sri Lanka eighth, Bangladesh ninth and Ireland’s team is in tenth place.
