PM Modi Highlights India’s Transformation from Workforce to World Force at NXT Conclave

New Delhi:  Prime Minister Narendra Modi today addressed the NXT Conclave 2025 at Bharat Mandapam, New Delhi, highlighting India’s remarkable transformation from a global workforce to a formidable world force. In his speech, Modi emphasized the growing global interest in India and the nation’s rapidly evolving role on the world stage.

Modi began by stating that the world is increasingly looking towards India in the 21st century, with people from all over the globe eager to understand the country. He pointed out that India today is not just generating headlines but is actively creating positive news every day, with events and developments shaping the country’s future.

A key example he cited was the recent Mahakumbh held in Prayagraj, which captured the world’s attention. The massive gathering, where millions gathered for a holy dip in a temporary city by the riverbanks, left the world in awe of India’s ability to unite such large crowds in a peaceful and organized manner.

The Prime Minister also highlighted the nation’s growing global influence, noting the success of his vision of ‘Vocal for Local’ and ‘Local for Global.’ He stressed that this vision is now becoming a reality, with Indian products, especially Ayush and Yoga, gaining international recognition. Modi remarked that for decades, India was viewed as the world’s “back office,” but now, the country is emerging as the “new factory of the world,” moving beyond being merely a workforce to becoming a global powerhouse.

Further, Modi pointed out that goods once imported are now being produced locally, making India an emerging export hub. He also celebrated the success of Indian farmers, who are now able to export their crops to global markets, further strengthening the nation’s economic standing.

In his address, the Prime Minister credited the success of these initiatives to the mantra of ‘minimum government – maximum governance,’ which has enabled India to achieve its ambitious goals. He also praised the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020, highlighting its focus on fostering a generation of thinkers, not just learners. Modi reaffirmed that India’s youth remain the nation’s top priority, with NEP providing students the opportunity to think beyond traditional textbooks and explore innovative ideas.

As India continues to evolve and make its mark on the global stage, Prime Minister Modi’s vision of a self-reliant, innovative, and globally recognized nation seems well on track.
