JNS: ESL Steel Limited, a Vedanta Group Company, continues to demonstrate its steadfast commitment to community and societal development. The company places a high priority on the welfare of the communities in which it operates.
In a bid to support the holistic personality development of children, especially those enrolled in ESL Steel Limited’s educational programs like Project Prerna and AAS Vidyalaya, ESL Steel Limited organized an Art Exhibition at its Excel 30 Bijulia Centre. The event also featured various games and enjoyable activities designed to nurture the artistic and creative talents of the children.
In addition to students participating in ESL Steel Limited’s educational initiatives, students from MGM High School, Bijulia High School, and Chandankyari High School actively took part, making the event a resounding success.
The children had a delightful time while also being encouraged to explore artistic pursuits in their lives.
Many of the exhibited paintings were available for purchase, with prices ranging from Rs. 100 to Rs. 500, inspiring the students further. A Jivika stall, an entrepreneurial initiative supported by ESL Steel Limited and run by women, offered bamboo, phenyl, and mushroom-related products for sale at the venue.
The program drew several local dignitaries who visited to cheer on and boost the confidence of the participating students. Among them were Shri Rohit Rajak, Mukhiya of Alkusha Panchayat; Shri Santu Roy, Kishan Yuva Morcha Upadhyaksh; Shri Ajay Tiwari, Ward Member of Belunja; Shri Islam Ansari, JMM Leader; Shri Ambika Khawas, Purva Zila Adhyaksh of BJP; Shri Shekhar Choubey, Sansad Pratinidhi of BJP; and Smt. Yashomati Devi, Panchayat Samity Member of Bijulia.
