Vigilance Festival “Festival de CCL” Wraps Up with Celebratory Events and Awards

Ranchi: The Vigilance Festival “Festival de CCL,” held as part of Vigilance Awareness Week 2024 from October 28 to 3 November, concluded today with a vibrant prize distribution ceremony at the CCL Headquarters. The event emphasized the themes of honesty, transparency, and accountability through a series of engaging cultural programs.

Over the three-day festival, various competitions and cultural performances were organized, including creative face painting, street painting, solo singing, group dancing, live painting, and pot painting. Students from numerous prestigious educational institutions showcased their artistic talents, addressing themes like “Say No to Corruption” and “Promote Honesty.” The enthusiasm and creativity of the participants not only entertained attendees but also effectively communicated important messages about vigilance and ethical conduct.

The live painting competition attracted notable artists from cities such as Varanasi, Kolkata, Ramgarh, Ranchi, and Hazaribagh.

During the prize distribution ceremony, CVO Pankaj Kumar and Director (Personnel) Shri Harsh Nath Mishra presented awards to the winners in various categories, including solo singing, pot painting, group dance, and group band performances.

Kumar commended the participants for their creativity and shared his thoughts on this year’s theme, “Progress of the Nation through the Culture of Integrity.”

The festival also featured cultural programs designed to raise awareness about the significance of vigilance in everyday life. Performances included tribal dances, Ganesh Vandana, and a “Unity in Diversity” dance, all aimed at inspiring attendees to embrace honesty and transparency.

This year’s Vigilance Festival successfully brought a renewed awareness of integrity and vigilance, impacting not only CCL employees but also all visitors to the event.
