Bokaro: On the eve of World Hand Hygiene Day, Vedanta Electrosteel (ESL) distributed soaps among the rural populace residing in the periphery of the steel plant on Tuesday.
ESL is taking important steps to keep its community healthy and safe. Today on the day of World Hand Hygiene Day, we have distributed soaps among the rural mass under our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), informed Shilpi Shukla Head – Corporate Communications ESL.
Our CSR team also explained villagers, how to wash hands and an awareness campaign was also conducted by distributing leaflets across nine villages include Gidhatand, Sialjori, Babugram, Chandaha, Burbinore, Manjitola, Mudunia, Sialjori, Yogidih and Tentulia,” she added
ESL is continuously conducting awareness campaigns among its communities and workers to fight against COVID-19 epidemic. Our aim is to keep our community healthy and safe, said Shilpi.
