Dhanbad: The Department of Management Studies and Industrial Engineering (DMS&IE) at IIT-ISM Dhanbad successfully hosted a three-day residential Dealers Development Program for Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL).
The program was inaugurated by Professor M.K. Singh, Dean (Academics) at IIT-ISM, and Debjit Mitra, Senior Regional Manager of HPCL.
The program was coordinated by Professor Shashank Bansal and Professor Himanshu Gupta, who highlighted its objective to empower HPCL dealers by enhancing their leadership and managerial skills. Participants were introduced to key topics such as self-awareness, marketing strategies, financial acumen, communication skills, and emotional intelligence, providing them with essential tools to drive their businesses forward.
This initiative underscores both the Department’s and HPCL’s commitment to fostering professional growth and strengthening industry relationships. The program aimed at equipping participants with the knowledge and skills necessary for effective business leadership.
