CCL Hosts Induction Program for new Management Trainees

Ranchi: The Central Coalfields Limited (CCL) organized a Management Trainee Induction Program today, aiming to enhance talent, promote excellence, and familiarize newly appointed officers with the company’s various functions.

The event was graced by CCL’s Director (Finance) Pawan Kumar Mishra, Director (Personnel) Harsh Nath Mishra, Director (Technical/Planning and Project) Satish Jha, Director (Technical/Operations) Harish Duhan, and Chief Vigilance Officer Pankaj Kumar, among others.

During the inaugural session, the directors shared valuable advice and insights from their work experiences with the trainees.

A total of 12 Management Trainees, including a female mining engineer, embarked on their professional journey at the company, highlighting CCL’s commitment to diversity and inclusivity.

GM (HRD) RK Pandey extended a warm welcome to all dignitaries and participants. The Directors and Chief Vigilance Officer emphasized the importance of dedication and sincere efforts in fulfilling assigned roles, encouraging trainees to actively engage with senior officers to enrich their experiences.

The induction program, organized by the Human Resource Development Department and Officer Establishment Department, aimed to ensure a remarkable start for the new trainees at Coal India/CCL.”
