DPS Chas holds NFC training programme

JNS: A training program on The National Curriculum Framework Foundation Stage (NFC), scheduled by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) for the teachers, was organised at DPS Chas on Friday.

Suraj Sharma, Principal of Chinmaya Vidyalaya, Bokaro as a resource person, conducted the training program for the teachers of DPS Chas.

Speaking on the occasion, Sharma said that the NCF is a comprehensive document that outlines the educational goals, principles, and policies for school education in India.

The Framework is designed to provide a holistic approach to education that emphasizes the development of critical thinking, creativity and life skills.

The training program focused on the principles and goals of the NCF. The trainer emphasized the importance of developing a learner-centred approach to teaching that focuses on the holistic development of a child. The trainer also highlighted the need to promote inclusivity and diversity in the classroom.

DPS Chas, Chief Mentor Dr Hemlata S. Mohan, said the NCF training program significantly impacts our school’s teachers. The training program provided a comprehensive understanding of the NCF and its implementation in the classroom.

Principal of DPS Chas, Deepali Buskute, thanked the resource person for the wonderful session. She said the NCF training program was a valuable learning experience for the teachers of our school. It will also help them gain insight into various teaching methodologies and assessment practices to enhance student learning outcomes.
