JNS: Congress president Rahul Gandhi will contest from two Lok Sabha seats; in addition to Amethi, his traditional seat in Uttar Pradesh he will also contest from the Wayanad Lok Sabha seat of Kerala.
In a press meet, former Defense Minister and Congress leader AK Antony said that Rahul Gandhi will contest the election from Wayanad Lok Sabha seat of Kerala in addition to Amethi.
Party spokesman Randeep Surjewala said that Wayanad is an important area in geographical and cultural terms. Kerala, Tamil Nadu and Karnataka are the regions connecting these three provinces.
He alleged that BJP has a repressive policy towards these three states.
