IISCO steel Plant team won the Inter-Steel plant football tournament played at Mohan Kumar Mangal Stadium, Bokaro Steel City on Tuesday.
The IISCO team won by defeating Tata Steel team with 5-3 in the last match of the tournament, official informed. Both teams stood face-to-face by scoring 1-1 in the match, later taking advantage of the penalty shootout, IISCO striker scored 5 goals while the rival team was limited to three goals”, he added.
The Executive Officer (In-charge) of Bokaro Steel Plant (BSL) S. K. Agarwal awarded the trophy to the winning team. All total eight different teams participated in this tournament which started on 29 November, said a PR official.
